The location is fantastic, being very close to the bus station for ski lifts, and situated in a square free from heavy traffic, making it ideal for families. The spacious room configurations were perfect for us since we had the kids along, and the daily housekeeping kept everything fresh.
We encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was a bit frustrating.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel. It's located conveniently near ski schools and the Olympic Ice Stadium, allowing us to enjoy both skiing and ice skating easily. The breakfast was fine, and the room was functional. We also loved the easy access to the large pedestrian area for walking around. Perfect base for an active holiday!
We faced an unexpected charge of 40 euros per night for parking in the hotel garage, which was not mentioned upfront. That was a bit of a letdown during our stay.

Great location and spacious room!
I really enjoyed my stay here for 4 nights. the spacious room was perfect for storing all our ski gear. Being close to both the bus station and the ski rental made our mornings a breeze. Although breakfast was decent, I wished there had been more options. The decor definitely felt a bit worn out and could use a refresh.

The room was cozy with a nice sitting area to relax in after a long day on the slopes, and I really appreciated the fresh breakfast options each morning. The hotel's leisure offerings, like the sun terrace and live entertainment, made for enjoyable evenings. Just a heads up, the TV isn't easily viewable from the bed, but that didn't bother me much. 😊
